Katrina loved being in the marching band. She also enjoys creating art. In 2022, Katrina was accepted into Prima Materia Portfolio Program as a beginner artist. Her family was from the Philippines, and she was to be the first generation to attend an American university. Katrina and her parents made an investment into Katrina’s Portfolio Program to give her the full opportunity to become successful and support her desire to get into one of the best art colleges in the US. In 2023, she applied to six top art universities and was accepted to all of them. Pratt, Lesley, and MassArt all awarded her Presidential Scholarships. Katrina’s received over $343,000 in scholarships. That was a great return on her family investment!
