Lucia's ambition was to become a studio artist. She already had a few paintings from attending art classes at an art school, but she was worried that her art was too ordinary and not portfolio quality. Lucia was concerned that she wouldn’t get accepted by a good college and did not expect to get a scholarship. We worked with Lucia and helped her create an amazing portfolio with unusual techniques and guided her through making large size work that would stand out. With her extraordinary portfolio, Lucia was accepted to 17 schools with $418,000 in Merit Scholarships and received a Presidential Scholarship from OTIS. Lucia enjoys Japanese and Russian literature, loves dogs, and claims that despite the cleanup, that charcoal is one of her favorite mediums.
