Soni has a lot of interests - nursing, engineering, theater, animation, and music, and had a hard time deciding what she wanted to do after high school. Soni has always been versatile in her abilities: she loves art, she plays in a band, helps her parents with their family restaurant, enjoys creating animation characters - it is hard to choose just one direction when you have so many things you truly enjoy doing. It was in the Premiere College Portfolio program, after creating several very successful, large-scale paintings, when Soni finally decided that she wanted to pursue fine art as her career. The gift of painting filled her life with joy! Soon after, she created a life size portrait for her cousin’s wedding, made a large painting of a bouquet as a gift for her mom, and these two endeavors helped her realize that being an artist is a lucrative and exciting profession, and best of all, one can do any job, and be an artist at the same time.
